My experience at lakeside dental is very good the dentist and the technicians and all the people that you work with they're really nice really helpful and they know their jobs that's the best thing about the whole thing

This office is super friendly. They don't suggest extra services that you don't need. Customer service is excellent. Dr. Brandon is the best! Karla greets you with a smile and the hygienists are gentle and wonderful!

I just had my first appointment at Lakeside Dentist in Pleasant Hill, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
From the very beginning, Karla made everything so easy. She was the one who answered when I first called looking for a new dentist, and she helped get both my husband and me scheduled. She has been incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can truly tell she loves what she does.
My dental hygienist, Liz, was absolutely amazing. She explained every step of the appointment as she went and why each part of the cleaning and exam was important. I honestly have never experienced that before. At most dental offices I’ve been to, they just start working without saying much. Liz made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for the entire time.
Dr. Brandon was just as wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and even made sure I received an estimate for my upcoming treatment before I left. I really appreciated the transparency.
This was only my first appointment, but I was so impressed that I’m already transferring my daughter to this office as well. It’s rare to find a team where every single person genuinely cares about their patients.
